Sumi joined Momentum Bioscience in June 2016 leveraging his patient focus, expertise in building markets and ability to drive commercial adoption globally across multiple industries.

Following an early career in pharmaceuticals with Sanofi-Aventis and UCB Pharma, Sumi joined bioMerieux in 2008 as senior VP, global clinical marketing with a remit to re-shape activities to develop more customer led strategies. 

In 2010 Sumi joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as Global VP Marketing in the Microbiology Division and ad interim Divisional VP, R&D and Business Development, leading large development programmes and commercialising new product launches globally.
