Naomi is an experienced Clinician, Researcher, Visiting Research Fellow with the University of Leeds (Psychometric testing laboratory) and Executive coach working across many areas of healthcare and business development.

Her current role is Deputy Chief Nurse leading the NHS Clinical Evaluation Team in England, and she is seconded into this post from her position as RCN Executive Nurse Network Lead (UK).

The NHS Clinical Evaluation Team, developed by Mandie Sunderland, is independently funded by the Department of Health. The team consists of seconded clinicians from the NHS based all over England, and has a mandate to clinically evaluate everyday healthcare consumables on behalf of the NHS.
